CEO OF FRESH DEW CELEBRATE IN STYLE

ESTHER EGBE
Ehinomen Edeaghe, the CEO of Fresh Dew Eatery and Confectioneries told our reporter that forty is the beginning of wisdow, some think it is old age, but to me life begins at forty. Today is a very special day to her, it is has not been easy, but God has been faithful to family and her. My husband has be my back bone all the while when we have our ups and downs, he has been wonderful to me and my kids, I want to use this opportunity to say thank you and I love you so much for standing by my side for this. Am also grateful to all the people  that showed up and even the one she list expected from far and near ,she thank them  all very much for coming to celebrate with her.
The Edo State born said she has been looking forward to clock forty; it is so wonderful to celebrate with friends and loves ones. Ehi express her love for food, she use the opportunity to set up on one eatery which is houses a confectionery, a bakery, a delivery section, etc. She spoke about her mother who used to bake, so she was exposed to the rudiments of baking early in life. Also, she is married to a man who loves food and in a particular way too - his meals are prepared fresh every day. Fortunately, she enjoy cooking and baking and even brought cooking books for give my family variety.
But running Fresh Dew is a different ball game entirely because it is bigger and a different set up entirely. I usually turn to God for help because there is so much you alone can’t do. You see faces but you don’t know what is behind those faces.
One of the greatest challenges of running the business that almost overwhelmed her was staff dedication and theft by employees, even the people working with her showed appreciation on that day, when our reporter had a chat with some of the staff, they all said she is calm, loving, patient boss to work with, she don’t take thing to serious, when one make mistake, she will simply call you and correct you. It is nice and opportunity to work with such a woman.
