How did you feel being voted as the Falconets Most Valuable Player at the 2014 Fifa U20 World Cup in Canada?
I felt very happy to be named or called the most valuable player in the Fifa U 20 women’s world cup, I feel very honored, I give God all the glory to make me stand out in the game, but I wanted more, we would have prefer if we came back with the cup.
When did you start playing football?
I started playing football since I was young and I enjoy the game, I also thank my mentor who has been with me all this while advising me on the game and my parents ,who saw the zeal and encouraged me all the way.
What was your expectation during the game?
You see, we wanted victory and to create history for my nation, and Africa as a whole, our target was to win and come back victorious.
What club did you start with it?
I started professional football with FC Robo in Lagos; it was fun all the way, but I am now with Rivers Angels.
What influence you into football?
I just love the game and know that I will become a great person playing football. Football is everything to me; I eat football, watch football, and play football.
Where do you want to see yourself in two years from now?
I will love to see myself in a better place, better club outside, or better college outside the country. That is the dream of every footballer, to be in a better club or position.
What was your parent's reaction when you told them you want to play football?
My parents were not happy seeing me with my dream target to be the best female player in Africa, they initially refused but later succumbed when they saw the zeal in me, they left me to my dream. They are so proud of me.
I noticed that during the final moment of the world cup in Canada, you were unhappy. Why?
I was very sad because we lost the game. I can’t be happy; because that wasn’t the target we left Nigeria to Canada.
What kind of person are you?
I am a straight forward person. I love music, dancing. If I don't know something I tell you straight up.
If you were not playing football what would you do?
If I wasn't playing football, I would be studying law. I love lawyers. I love people reading law, I love the way they ask questions in courts.
Who is your mentor?
I have two people, Ordega Fransisca and Kenneth Okonwo. Ordega plays for Pitea in Sweden. She is an attacker; she is also my sports adviser. I love the way she plays.
When was your most memorable and worst moment on the game?
It was semi-final game against North Korea. And my worst moment was when i was given a yellow card against Mexico during the world cup.
Who is the coach who made a lot of impact in your career?
For me, I will say Coach Emmanuel Osahon of FC Robo
What do you think about your team Rivers Angels?
My team is the best because we are committed players. When we want to get something we go straight at it.
How old are you now?
I am about 20 years old.
When did you join Rivers Angels?
I joined the club more than two seasons ago.
Did you ever think you were going to become a star?
Yes, because I was working toward it.
Who is your Nollywood stars?
I love actors like Omotola and Jim iyke.They are wonderful actors.

I am from Lagos State, the big city where things happen.

How did you do it?
Yes, I played with them in Lagos. I help them during a street game. It was game, playing with my mate and the girls next door.

Asisat is a very good player, she is full of skill, experience and wonderful footballer, I always know she will go far.Asissat is wonder girl. So proud of my baby. This little angel brought tears to my eyes when she received her golden boot and the most valuable player of the U-20 2014. In the history of Nigeria female footballer "no" one has ever I mean ever won this two awards. What else can I say, nothing but to say thank you Jesus.Abeg Nigerians, she need nothing but good treatment from the government. Please someone should help me tell the Lagos State Governor Fashola to treat this Queen very well for me
