*Governor Ugwuanyi Hosts NPFL Champions Rangers December 19*
The long waited reception for Enugu Rangers players by the state government of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will hold on December 19 , Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The reception which will have in attendance the state number one citizen, Ifeanyi Ugwanyi will take place at the Michael Okpara square.
Governor Ugwuanyi is expected to reward the players and their officials handsomely for their remarkable achievement in the Nigeria Professional League last season.
The Flying Antelopes broke a 32-year drought to secure the NPFL title last term.
Enugu Rangers will open their campaign in the 2016/2017 season with a home fixture against Abia Warriors at The Catedral, Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium Enugu
