OSUN BABES DEFENDER OGUNNIYI SHADE SET TO WALK DOWN THE AISLE WITH FIANCE

Osun Babes defender Shade Ogunniyi is set to
marry her long-time sweetheart David Joseph
this weekend, saturday the 8th day of July, 2017.

The pair have been dating for six years and got
engaged last year in Ibadan with families and
friends present.

The wedding ceremony will take place at the
ancient city of Ibadan where the couple met
some years back.

They are expected to exchange vows at the
Peace Mountain Evangelical Ministry, Ibadan
before hosting a wedding reception at Yinbol
College hall, Orogun Ojoo, Ibadan.

Ogunniyi Shade was a key figure in the squad for
many seasons before finally calling it quit on her
football career some months back.

The right full back joined the Omoluabi Queens
from league side Tewo FC six years ago and
grew to become one of the leaders and key
player of the team.

She spoke with the club's media team and gladly
said she can't wait to be called Mrs David.

She said: " I am really happy over this. Finally I
can settle down and focus on the future.

"The attraction was mutual from the very first
day I met him at an event.

Eventually we started
exchanging messages and phone calls, but there
was little scope to meet as we were both
drowned with our jobs.

" As time went on, we got closer through calls
and messages and I realised how much we've
gotten closer and how much I miss him. He
proposed to me last year and I said "yes".

" The former Osun Babes right full back added
that Joseph is extremely romantic and a very
understanding person.

" Even if it's me who's is at
fault , he calls up to
pacify me. He is such a
wonderful man" She concluded.

A large contingent of friends, footballers and
former team-mates are expected to grace the
occasion in Ibadan tomorrow.

The Management, Technical Crew and Players of
Osun Babes FC wishes the couple the best of
marital bliss.
