Allegations of Bribery, match fixing and referees manipulation against Ahmed Fresh are baseless and very inconsequential

The friends of Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf Fresh, is a group of learned individuals whose interest it is, to always promote and advertise the good work of the NFF executive committee member and protect his image right at any given time.

Our attention has therefore been drawn to a publication done by a group of hungry and frustrated Individuals who have completely lost hope of existence due to boredom, and have gathered to rubbish the achievements of a great man, an achiever, an upright personality and the moving train of Nigeria football, Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf Fresh.

Alhaji Ahmed Fresh is not the problem of the league, the problem of the Nigeria league goes beyond officiating, it is a general problem that  has eaten deep and has left a shallow wound in the system. A wound that will take years to heal. We know those behind this satanic propaganda, we know those instigating bad blood within the system and soon we will remove the veil and expose some of the biggest atrocities perpetrated by these individuals who go about spreading falsehood.

We will want to warn all those behind these latest campaign of calumny against an individual who has invested his wealth and energy into promoting the beautiful game to desist and channel their strength, into meaningful ventures that will help the game and the system, not destroy it.

Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf Fresh is presently in Jos for the final of the Ahmed Fresh football competition, an event that brought together youth footballers from all walks of life. His mission statement has been, developing football and empowering the youths through sports. He has continued to unite the football family and has remained the rock behind the success story of the present NFF board.

He has brought his wealth of experience in football administration to bear on the referees appointment committee, which has emerged in three years as the most vibrant committee among the over 15 existing committees under the present dispensation.

We must strive always to stay out of negativity and focus more on positivity for the good of the game. Whoever loves Nigeria football must love Ahmed Yusuf Fresh. He is the  light of the oppressed and voice of the voiceless. Let's disregard this negative propaganda and forge ahead for the good of the beautiful game.
