Crown 1-0 Dynamite: Nwankwo seals victory for Ajilete Valiants
Chibuike Nwankwo (Sylas) scored a brilliant goal to earn Crown Football Club a 1-0 over Dynamite Football Club recently at the Soun Township Stadium.
It was a perfect start for the Ajilete Valiants who recorded a hard fought victory in their first 2017/2018 Bet9ja Nigeria National League game.
A sixty five minute strike by striker Nwankwo handed the Ogbomosho darling team the vital victory over the NNL newcomers.
The visitors showed class and created some chances on the bright with an attempt from Tunde Afolayan just on the edge of the box which forced Adeniyi Adejare in goal for Crown to make a save.
Crown dominated the remaining minutes of the encounter but they failed to make it count in goals.
Crown will on recently battle with Delta Stars at the Ughelli Township Stadium in one of the Week fixtures.
