The Chairman of Delta Force Football Club of Asaba Mr. Emmanuel Chidi-Okonkwo told newsmen recently he was attacked by an organized mob led by a player of Fc IfeanyiUbah,Uche Onuoha at the Ifeanyi Ubah Stadium, Nnewi which the said player denied anything like that took place.
IUFC Player Onuoha told National Daily during a chat that he never came close to the Delta force chairman .
The former Delta force player said I was surprised when I saw some news about me attacking Mr.Chidi-Okonkwo .
Onuoha explained that the main problem is that I refuse him to manage me,he wrote to LMC that I was not cleared from Delta Force.
This was the first text and second I sent to him about my salaries.
Greetings chairman, pls pay me my salary, I work for u, I returned all ur items as u said, pay me salary let me take kia of my wife and kid please.
Gudday Chairman, I guess u knw who is calling and that y u dnt pick, u are telling people dat am tratining u, bt I knw I neva did, just dat ur mind is not clear bcos u knw u are owing me my two months salary. We are playing ur team dis weeknd kindly com wit my money.
He concluded that I told our fans about the chairman owing me two months salaries,they only went to confront him to pay me , nobody touched him. I don't really know why chairman is doing this . All I want is my salaries.
Another player whom he was holding his passport and some money held him and still told the fans that the chairman was even owing their player that is Onuoha that when the fans started shouting you must pay our player also, nobody touch him, our chairman Mr Chukwuma Ubah and the team manager Jonathan Igwe escort him to his car and he drive off.
