Super Falcons battle arch-rivals Ghana for WAFU Nations Cup final place tomorrow

Super Falcons will tomorrow take on arch-rivals the Black Queens of Ghana for a place in the final of the WAFU Nations Cup Final.

This will be the second straight time both teams will clash in the semi-finals of this competition.

The other semi-final will be between hosts Cote d’Ivoire and Mali.

Nine-time African champions Nigeria reached the semi-finals after they beat Mali 2-0 Tuesday in Abidjan.

Southeastern University star Uchenna Kanu scored her ninth goal with Rivers Angels striker Rafiat Sule also on target as the Falcons soared above Mali, who were reduced to 10 players after Fatoumata Diarra was sent off just before the break.
