ANGRY NIGERIANS DURING THE PROTEST SPEAK ABOUT IT.

The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) Trade Union Congress (TUC) and

Civil Society Organizations commend workers and the Nigerian People for their over whelming support and commitment to the fight against the sudden astronomical increase in the price of petrol.

Chris Uyot,The Head of Information,NLC said that the general strike and mass protest on Monday was very successful with a large number of Nigerians coming out to show their feelings against the insensitivity and callousness of the Federal Government in increase petrol prices from N65 per litre to N141 and N250.

However,NLC has expressed their despite the resole of workers and the Nigerians people to keep the protest peaceful,the Federal Government unleashed its security machinery against the people.As a result some Nigerians were reported injured and killed in cold blood in Kano and Lagos.

The mindless killing of unarmed Nigerians on a peaceful protest is strongly condemned and the Inspector General of Police and President Jonathan will be held responsible for the those senseless deaths.According to Chris said that they have started the process with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to bring these culprits to book.

We have called on workers and the Nigerians people to continue to participate actively everyday in the general strike and mass protest all over the Country to ensure that the price of petrol is brought back to N65 per liter.

Speaking with some important personality like one of the Roof top Mc guy,called Sinach expressed his view about the subsidy during the protest in Ojota,he said that his major problem is Boko Haram and subsidy removal which is the main thing why every one is here. The President should let the right measurement to be put in place and they should stop comparing Nigeria to Ghana, because the country removal their subsidy does not mean it will work here. Also Ghana they are always referring to has good roads, electricity, and other things are in the right place and they trust their government to an extent, but in Nigeria is the opposite.

Sound sultan expressed his pain over the government during the protest that he is for the masses, because he is one of them, he said am speaking on behalf of everybody, we are taking it very peaceful ,cause it’s a protest, if he opportune to question the President one of his major question will be why the removal of the subsidy? Without consulting the house of senate and house of representative before taking his action and why must it be at  a very untimely period like this. its so unfair to our livelihood, everything that is going on in the country ,N150 for one liter that is a Dollar to one liter, which is fair for the subsidy to be restore back and checked all this unnecessary expenses on that bringing about the subsidy thing. I don’t know why the government always try to tax us ,why don’t they tax themselves too. they just tax the masses all the time, anyway all  we want from them is to removal the subsidy .

Pastor Tunde  Bakare said during his interview concerning the subsidy that if we want to talk about corruption that have already eaten up in Nigeria, they have stolen our money and they need to account for it. From 1999 till date Nigerian has pay over 1; 3trillion Dollar in oil and 18 billion has been stolen we have our facts.

Let me even begin from cost of production, we are not subsiding main cost of production. Nigerians are subsiding what we called alternative cost, we are subsiding importation of oil, before now military gave us three working refinery but right now all the three refinery are working with 21 percent capacity     

What is called cost of production refinery production in Nigeria and now much are they bringing in from their refinery abroad that they are all part of ,of cause we know the

Once you know the difference ,Nigerian will be shocked are part from that ,look at what they are saying the process from this will be used for now this will be use for infrastructural development but  how about the budget from 1999-till today what did we get nothing.

Look at Nigeria situation very sad, every infrastructural development today Lagos and Abuja in third main land bridge,Eko bridge, National stadium ,all of this are from the federal capital ever given  to us ,all this they were done during the Military regime.

Let us see weather that will happen ,because what will are trying to do how is to go back to drawing broad NLC has not revolt  their strike and TUC ,and they cannot except their neck will meet. but  we are in touch with them ,the protest has just started it external  manifestation on the itself and if the strike continue and no body goes to work ,we  will see who will laugh last and cry last.

Save Nigerian Group storm Abuja last year, is now history, so will Jonathan be and people working around him and against Nigerians .A president who talk before he thinks, if he can just listen to the inspiration of Nigerians to know that he is badly timed.

Subsidy is a way of distraction that is a useless, powerless government

The end of Boko Haram is the end of his government

We must look at the sense of Boko Haram are they not senseless and useless ,we need to  get to the buttom and find out Jonathan cannot protect his bedroom and am told that his wife slapped him regularly.

Dr.Tunji Abayomi,am a chief man of human right Activist  and a lawyer ,the petrol subsidy is just a fruit of a posionism tree ,the tree itself is poison in many regard ,one we don’t have the constitution of the people ,secondly we don’t have responsive government thirdly we have an extently corrupt administration in this country,like I said on NTA a while ago corruption in Nigeria is like a wasting disease at the early stage it is easy to dictate but difficult to dictate at the last stage it is easy to dictate but almost impossible to cure .when the president said he is cutting down off or reducing the salary of people ,they are not interest in that salary its mean nothing ,if the leadership to make satisfy,they must change that first in another words National Assemble should cut down is allowances and its salary by sixty percent in this nation we fought for democracy ,in my case I was there for three times ,one for one year democracy in Nigeria in the last 13 years has brought nothing but a raising frustration ,a revolution of raising frustration and there fore this is an opportunity for the people of Nigeria to make a statement ,they are dissatisfy with the government .

They crown may not be much but the passion will remain. there are a lot of us that went to jail in the hope that democracy will bring to our people a new lead of live, we have been angry along with their passion and their demand and their struggle and expectation and desire for a better leadership in this country it’s the government that will undeveloped the people. how can you have a nation that will be men and women without water, electricity ,without good roads, no education, no health, even primary school. the people will continue to demand from the government for a new. Nigeria petrol is the most expensive, oil producing countries in Africa. the people are working but the are sweating,but the government has no vision they should have ensure that we have refinery, a year is only twelve months after the other twelve we have an other trillion what do they do with it ,we have no roads, no hospital, no education, nothing nothing ,but the government cannot tell us at the last stage, he should first deal with corruption the greatest problem of this nation ,and corruption I want tell is manipulation and manage .

Day two of the subsidy protest

Live at Ojota National Daily Newspaper reporter that was there discovered that the crown of angry  protesters are increasing by day over some many thing that are wrong in our Country Nigeria,which the President has not been working,only suddenly just from few that Boko Haram killed some people in some states,on the first day of the 2012 ,when Nigerian are thanking God for making them see another day,he decide to increase the price of petrol.

Almost all the angry protesters wanted him death or leave that position as president for being to ignorant and stubborn to listen to the people that voted him in.

The kabal is controlling the country,Nigeria has grown ,we are now on the IT world,seeing what is happening in the world.my cousin is London is just 21years old and he is getting married,he once asked me if am not getting I told him I will but now,is it a country like this.the protester said he voted for the fool under the hot sun,in Nigeria we spend more hours than any other country in the world, but we are very corrupted.some were saying Jonthan where is my money,Minister of Financial,Former President;Yar dua where is my money in your grave,Obasanjo where is my money.and their song was its will not be better for the president.

Kefee said that she want the government to be responsible to bring back the price of the petrol to normal , so that people can go back to work. Instead of suffering this poor people.

Olu Maintain that was at the protest ground also expressed his feeling why will the government of this great country will be so insensitive about the masses,he urged the Mr.President to bring down the price of the petrol and make life easy for the people of Nigerians and other artists actors,actress,important figure in the society. During his performance he almost gave out everything on him,T.shirt,wrist watch, diamond chain,ring,trouser,it was remaining his boxer and inner shirt.

Third day,the people are more angry because the president is not listening to the people,some protester were half naked other are dressing in a funny way, to show that they are not happy about all what is happening.
