In a bid to bring smiles to the
faces of young talents in Anthony Village, Hon. Ibrahim Mustaphar , Kosofe LG
chairman, has organized this year’s edition of the All Anthony Games to encourage
the guys from the street.
He added that ‘’All Anthony
games’’ is an annual sport event that comes up every year as a way of uniting
the youth of the community. The following games were played during this event Football,
Table Tennis, Athletics.
Eight teams participated in the tournament, the two pictures sent earlier was the two finalists for senior category. The team on black is Olorunlogbon Football Club and the team on blue is Okada Football Club. Emerge as winner for the senior category.
“We
thought of bringing the people together. Instead of doing the normal carnival,
streets Jamz, we are doing this to inspire sports lovers in Anthony Village not
to give up in their career. We also invite top sportsmen to come and speak with
